TED University has taken another significant step to contribute to the technology and entrepreneurship ecosystem. Within the scope of a cooperation protocol signed with the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, an approximately 1,000 m² indoor space located in Ulus İş Hanı has been allocated to the university.

The space is being designed to serve technology-oriented startups, particularly those in the pre-incubation and incubation stages. Planned to host around 20–25 ventures, the center will offer an accessible, sustainable, and collaborative working environment through a combination of private offices and shared spaces.

In line with the university’s technology development vision, the center is aimed to attain TEKMER status in the near future. This initiative, expected to accelerate the transfer of academic knowledge into industry, stands out as a strategic step that strengthens TEDU’s focus on entrepreneurship and innovation.

Brought to life through the contributions of all stakeholders particularly our Rector Prof. Dr. İhsan Sabuncuoğlu, our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Kemal Levend Parnas, and Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş, this initiative is expected to generate a tangible and sustainable momentum for Ankara’s entrepreneurship ecosystem.
