The 2025 application periods for the V-BiGG Program, conducted by the consortium of TED University, Ostim Technical University, Ankara TEKMER, and Viveka, have been completed. Below, you can find the statistics for the 2025-1 and 2025-2 calls carried out under the TÜBİTAK 1812 Investment-Based Entrepreneurship Support Program.

The V-BiGG Program received applications in two separate call periods in 2025. A total of 68 startups applied in the 2025-1 period, while 31 startups applied in the 2025-2 period. Thus, a total of 99 startup applications were received throughout 2025.

Among the applicants, startups that successfully completed the training and mentoring process participated in the V-BiGG Consortium Final Presentations. At the end of this process, eligible startups were referred to the TÜBİTAK panel evaluation stage.

In 2025, a total of 40 startups completed the training and mentoring process, 26 startups participated in the V-BiGG Consortium Final Presentations, and 11 startups qualified to present at the TÜBİTAK panel stage.

Considering the application, evaluation, and selection processes, 40.4% of startups that applied to the program in 2025 completed the training and mentoring process, 26.3% participated in the consortium final presentations, and 11.1% advanced to the TÜBİTAK panel stage.

As a result of the 2025 call periods, no startup qualified to receive the Seal of Excellence.

The 2025 data indicate that the V-BiGG Program provides an important support mechanism for early-stage technology-based startups in developing, validating, and preparing their business ideas for investment processes. Throughout the training, mentoring, and evaluation stages, the program aims to help startups mature their business models and gain an investment-oriented perspective.
